This institute is designed to promote the research and technology for the dissemination of practices that are aimed to protect the natural environment.  It is also aimed to strengthen the Greek and EU economy and economic science by adopting practices that conserve material resources and physical stocks simultaneously with the rationalization of working conditions while targeting economic research and valuing of these practices in individual and collective level.
